This week has been a lot of good things for our robotics team, given the season has just begun. Our shop has been open nearly all week, and we voted on days for the sub team schedules and the robot we will roughly have on by our first competition!
Our mechanical team has been hard at work! They have been working on making prototypes for mechanics on the robot. not only that but they have also been working on making the frame on which we will build the majority of the robot. They also are doing driver training and building this year’s field elements.
Our coding team has also been working very hard. They have been organizing their code library. Along with that, they are updating all their hardware, so it is ready for use. They have been working very hard this week to make sure that they are ready for this season!
Finally, our operations team has been grinding away this past week. We have been working on planning pins for our team sponsors. We are also working on pin designs that fit with this year’s competition theme. We will give these pins out at competitions!
